2031 तक तीन संभावित स्थितियां और 100 अंकों का बायर स्कोरकार्ड।
Jaipur real estate is not one story. It is a micro-market story, and the winners will be the buyers who verify the most.
Scenario 1: Strong growth
If Metro Phase 2 moves close to schedule, industrial and service employment grows, major corridors get water and sewer infrastructure and unauthorised development stays under control, selected corridors could see sustainable appreciation and rising end-user demand.
Scenario 2: Base case
The most realistic outcome may be that Jaipur does not grow at one speed. Established areas and genuine employment-linked corridors perform better, while distant plotted colonies take a long time to get infrastructure and occupancy.
Scenario 3: Risk case
If infrastructure is delayed, supply outruns demand, groundwater stress rises, project delivery is weak or buyers pay too much premium for future growth, many peripheral properties could stay illiquid for a long time.
