Expansion corridor (Ajmer Road belt). “Ajmer Road” covers a huge area. A main-highway property, a plot ten kilometres inside on an agricultural road and an approved project near Mahindra World City are three different markets. Entry price and holding period matter most.

• How far is the nearest occupied residential colony?
• How far are the nearest hospital or daily market and the actual employment centre?
• Have you driven the route at peak hour?
• Has the seller already added years of future appreciation into today’s price?
