Ashiana has the largest number of listed projects in Jaipur among the national names. That gives buyers real choice, but it also means the projects are very different from each other. This guide helps you sort them.

• What is the all-in price: base rate, parking, club, maintenance deposit, GST and registry?
• Is the payment plan linked to construction stages, and can I see the agreement before booking?
