Suncity Township in Vidhyadhar Nagar is listed ready to move, with 3, 4 and 5 BHK homes from about ₹38 lakh to ₹84.69 lakh. Jewel of India on JLN Marg is listed as partially ready to move, with 4 and 5 BHK homes from about ₹6.34 crore to ₹9.75 crore. At this level, ask which towers are ready, which are under construction, and what the possession dates are on RERA.
Suncity Jewel Farms: plots near Kukas
Jewel Farms near Kukas is listed as a new launch with about 22 units on 22.64 acres and no published price. Farm and plotted land follows different rules from flats. Check the land-use conversion, layout approval, road access and whether you are buying a plot or a share of land.
Questions to ask
- What is the RERA registration number and completion date of the exact Suncity project and phase?
- What is the all-in price: base rate, parking, club, maintenance deposit, GST and registry?
- Is the payment plan linked to construction stages, and can I see the agreement before booking?
- Can I visit a delivered project and speak to residents about maintenance, water and parking?
- For farm plots: what is the land-use status, who holds the title, and what is the approach road?
- For the township: how much is built and occupied, and what is the maintenance?
